Remove the cover

 

Desoldier board from teh motor and 4 power cables

 

Cut the cube

 

Soldier pins of the decoder and paths on the board.

Put insolation band on bottom side of the board where the decoder touches the board

 

Cut one of the cabin plastic where the decoder is. Both cabins shown on picture.
