The meeting will be held in hotel "Maiden castle" (Momina krepost) near the town of Veliko Tarnovo. Tourist complex "Lily fortress" is located in the metropolitan area for recreation and tourism in Veliko Tarnovo - Park Ksilifor:

Invited to participate Association "Train modelin 'Association" Bulgarian locomotive Forum ", organized and unorganized in clubs, organizations, friendship circles modelin rail and all hobbyists, collectors, modulisti, maketisti, bench and supporters modelin experiencing attraction and interest in and to train models Model railways as a whole, regardless of size, age and administration.
The meeting aim is to meet, exchange experiences, ideas and facts to ride trains to build contacts and get to know. Who wants to lead his family, given him them a great weekend.
Participation is free. Association "Model Railroad Club - Bulgaria" shall fully pay the conference hall and 20% of the value of the package.
As a result, prices per person per night are:
- 20.00 BGN per night with breakfast
- 26.00 BGN half board (bed and breakfast and dinner)
- 30.00 BGN full board (bed and breakfast, lunch and dinner)
For children under age 3 is not paid.
For children 3 to 7 years old pay only the food and prices per night are:

- 11.00 BGN per night with breakfast
